Everything given to B Local Asheville & WNC supports our grant fund.
B Local runs on member dues and volunteers. Gifts are separate, and they do one job: they pay the $500 certification grant for a small Western North Carolina company that would otherwise put certification off another year.
What a gift buys
- $500 is one full grant. The maximum we award, to one company, once.
- It goes to a small company. Fewer than 10 employees, in Western North Carolina.
- It is a reimbursement. The company has already paid B Lab, a consultant or a course, and has the receipts.
How to give
Give any amount, once. There is no membership attached and nothing recurring.
The checkout page is run by Mountain BizCapital, our fiscal partner, so their name is the one you will see on the payment screen and on your card statement. They handle this for us at no cost.
